Not Me Monday

So let's see what I totally did not do this week.

First I did not get out of bed all week because I was sick. That is ompletely true which now leads me to my real not me Monday's which kind of include not my husband and not my children's in it but we will lump it all in one.

So since I was sick my husband did not bribe my children with money to load and unload the dishwasher, cook dinner, take care of me and stay quiet so I can rest. Nope not my husband he just asked my children politely and being the wonderful well raised children they are they just oblidged because they love me.

My children then did not proceed to barter for more and more money because hello they are insanely awesomely wonderful children who would never do something only to receive something in return.

I did not finally go to the doctor Friday to be told I have bronchitis again like every year. I then was not told to stay in for 3 days and not go out. Which means I definitely did not go out today and play in the foot of snow that we got dumped on us by mother nature. I mean come on how juvenile when you are told to stay indoors because you are sick you just do.

I did not smoke cigarette's while outside because I have absolutely no will power and can not quit to save the life of me because I completely suck!

I definitely did not stay outside 4 hours after not even being allowed outside to begin with. I even went in and got our dog so he could have some fun in the snow.

I also definitely did not act like a total child and beg my husband and children to do anything and everything in their power to get me the book the Elf on the Shelf so I could read it and start another wonderful Christmas tradition with my children. I mean come on now, it is Christmas we still need to buy for a few more people and there was a foot of snow. Who in their right mind would be so childish as to beg and plead for their husband to go get them a book.
