Not Me Monday

This week is kind of a non-traditional Not Me Monday.

I will just share with a Not My Mom Monday!

My Mom did not go out and get married this morning and not tell anyone. She was not (seriously she wasn't dont get confused) engaged before this just went and and did not get married. OK on to my own Not Me Monday.

I did not go out and get my daughter Ed Hardy boots, another American Girl Doll, some American Girl doll accessories and a doggie from American Girl with a few other little things for Christmas.I mean seriously who does that NOT me.

Santa did not get her an IPod touch after I got her all those other things I mean she is 9 come on people and IPod touch for a 9 year old nope not Santa.

I did not proceed to get jealous of said 9 year old and go out and get a IPhone and I definitely did not put the thought into hubbie's brain who then got one with me. I mean come on now people why would we do that. Besides even if we did we would not now be app. obsessed. OMG come on now people just how bad do you think we are allowing electronics to rule our lives.

We did not then look at Big Boy's pile and feel bad because he got such inexpensive gifts. I mean it is the thought not the monetary value of things. Besides he was thrilled with everything he got.

So that is my not me, not my mother and definitely not my hubby or kids Monday!
